Any decision by the University to provide a refund or credit, in whole or in part, of any fee or other charge in the event of a campus closure, suspension, or other change to the delivery format of education and/or services shall be in the University’s discretion and shall not create an expectancy that any individual is entitled to such refund or credit or that it will be provided in any other instance.
